At Carson's Premier Catering, we open our doors for a weekly Sunday Brunch and weekly Seafood Buffet,

Friday Night Seafood Buffet |

Each Friday evening from 5pm - 9pm, Carson's Premier Catering offers a delicious seafood buffet. Come and crack open some crab legs, peel some shrimp, sip some clam chowder, and enjoy wonderful seafood salads, a variety of seafood dishes, chicken, vegetables, salad bar and more. Make sure you save some room for dessert! Enjoy a variety of cakes and pies or dip some goodies in our chocolate fountain.
The buffet, with dessert included, is just $22.95/person.
Children under 12 eat at 1/2 price.

Night Italian Bistro
Each Thursday evening from 5pm - 9pm, Carson's Premier Catering offers a fantastic Italian Bistro Night buffet. Come and sip some delicious wedding soup, fresh salad, breadsticks and savor a wide variety of pizza and pasta dishes. You'll love our chicken parmesan, eggplant parmesan, Italian sausage, lasagna, penne or tortellini with marinara, alfredo or fresh pesto sauce. And don't forget to save room for dessert! You'll enjoy the chocolate fountain, assorted cookies, puddings, cakes, and pies.
The buffet, with dessert and beverage included, is just $11.95/person. Children

Saturday Night Homestyle Buffet

us for our Homestyle Buffet featuring homemade meatloaf,
chicken fried steak with sausage gravy, or stuffed
cabbage. Or come
for the roast turkey and stuffing, Carson's famous stuffed chicken
breast, fried chicken, haluski, and more! Takes place from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. $11.95
per adult. Kids 10 and under half price.

Sunday Brunch
Sunday is a family day. Bring your
family to Carson's Premier Catering for a Sunday Brunch that
everyone will enjoy! Helpful service, wonderful food, and
a pleasant hometown atmosphere combine to make your Sunday

Enjoy bacon, sausage, home fries, eggs,
and toast. Or, if you prefer, a salad bar and a variety of
beef, chicken, fish, pasta and vegetable dishes.
Finish off your meal with fruits and snacks dipped in the
chocolate fountain or with a choice of desserts from our dessert
table.
Standard breakfast fare is always on the menu.
